There are many challenges that offices are facing today in regards to Millennials. From incorporating their new mannerisms into the office culture, to integrating them as part of a team that may be made up of mostly Baby-boomers, employers have a lot of things to consider once their office becomes an amalgam of different generations.
One thing that these employers do not need to worry about though is finding these Millennials to work for their company. According to a new survey of 548 Millennials in the U.S. by Business Insider, while the supply of jobs available to Millennials are abundant, Millennials currently struggle to secure good-paying full-time jobs that are in line with their education level.
